CO2 Heat Pump Unit

◆ Environmentally friendly  CO2 is a natural working fluid that is harmless to the environment and can reduce the greenhouse effect and the attenuation of the ozone layer, it’s the global warming potential value is 1 and the ozone layer destruction coefficient is 0;

◆ Non combustion     Because there is no combustion, it is safe, does not pollute the air, and is clean, which is conducive to the control of regional haze and can make a strong contribution to reducing emissions.;

◆ Energy Conservation   Compared with traditional gas boilers, oil-fired boilers and electric water heaters, CO2 heat pump can save operating costs, and the use of peak and valley electricity prices at night can save part of the operating costs, (example: in general, the annual operating cost is only 1/5 of the gas stove and 1/4 of the electric water heater). The electrical energy consumed by the unit is only the energy used by the compressor to carry the air heat energy. Produce the same heat, energy saving more than 70% than the electric boiler;

◆ Efficient  CO2 compressor is used for high efficiency, with low vibration, low noise, stable operation, stable performance, high efficiency and long service life. High efficiency plate heat exchanger and high thermal insulation material are used. The air side heat exchanger adopts an H-shaped structure, with a more reasonable airflow layout and uniform wind speed distribution, achieving the best defrosting effect. The throttling mechanism adopts high-quality electronic expansion valves which accurately adjust the refrigerant flow rate, maintain superheat, and react quickly;

◆ Intelligent    Microcomputer control, with energy regulation, fault diagnosis, protection monitoring and other automatic control functions, with touch screen, easy operation, intuitive display of running status, data recording, parameter setting and fault alarm; Remote control interface can be configured to realize remote monitoring and alarm forecasting

◆ Safety   No fuel pipeline and fuel storage, no fuel leakage, fire and other safety hazards. It has a perfect automatic protection system to ensure the safe operation of the unit;

◆ Reliable  Not affected by bad weather such as cloudy, rain, snow, 24 hours all weather use, suitable for low ambient temperature operation;

◆ Comfortable   Cold water is directly heated by the unit to the set temperature in a one-stop process, and it takes only 3 seconds for 15℃ to be heated to 55℃. Water comfort is reliably guaranteed, and it will not be affected by changes in water temperature during water use；

◆High-temperature   The unit has a wide range of outlet water temperature and can provide hot water of 40℃ to 95℃.
