ARCO“Excellent”series CO2 oil field heating unit is a crude oil heating equipment specially developed for oil field applications. The equipment can realize remote intelligent control, and can combine the flow rate and accurately control the outlet temperature of crude oil, up to 95℃, which can meet the pipeline heating system of various working conditions in the oilfield.
◆Environmental Protection CO2 is a natural refrigerant harmless to the environment, which can reduce the greenhouse effect and ozone layer attenuation. Compared with conventional freon refrigerants, CO2's global warming potential is 1, and its ozone layer destruction factor is 0 ;
◆Energy-Saving Comparing with traditional gas-fired boilers, oil-fired boilers and electric water heaters, ARCO CO2 Heat Pump runs has much higher efficience therefore the operation cost of the heating system can be saved * ；
◆Fast Defrosting ARCO heat pump unit uses R744/R515B as cascade system, which can meet the heating demand while achieving a short 3 minutes fast defrosting time wihtout shut down of the system;
◆Ultralow Ambient Temperature Using CO2 as the refrigerant of the heat pump unit, it can meet the outlet temperature of 60℃ at the lowest ambient temperature -30℃;
◆Large Temperature Difference The water supply and return temperature difference of ARCO heat pump unit can reach 5-20℃, which meets the conditions of high outlet temperature and low return water temperature of urban central heating. For the urban heat supply station that needs to be reformed or expanded, it can be directly replaced or coupled;
◆High Supply Water Temperature Under the condition of ensuring the efficiency of the unit, the maximum outlet temperature of the unit can reach 75℃, which can meet the requirements of urban central heating or distributed heating;
◆Intelligent Automatic safty control, touch screen, easy to operate and user friendy for data recording, parameter setting and alarm setting; remote fuction provides connection for remote monitering and remote alarm.
