The Taizi City Station is located in the core area of the Zhangjiakou competition area of the Winter Olympics, facing the Winter Olympics Awards Square, and is the world's first high-speed railway station that directly connects to the Olympic arena. The building area is 12,000m2, the main station building is 210m long, the middle part is 27m wide, and the building height is 16.8m (including 6,000m2 of temporary waiting rooms during the Winter Olympics). The transportation support facilities for the Winter Olympics are typical projects for large space heating. The minimum winter temperature for 2019-2020 was -29℃, and the design and selection of the unit meet the requirements for use in cold regions. In winter, 60/50℃ heating hot water is provided, providing athletes and passengers with a warm experience like spring.
