The project is located in the transitional zone between the Inner Mongolian Plateau and the northern Hebei mountainous region. The winter is long and the summer is short. The average temperature of the coldest month is -13.2℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is -42.9℃. Provide centralized heating for a total of 7500 m2of scattered buildings, bungalows, village committees, kindergartens, and hospitals (non energy-saving buildings), using floor heating at the end. Based on local meteorological conditions and meeting the requirements of“zero ODS low GWP value refrigerant”, two ARSCO2H380 low ambient temperature CO2air source heat pump units were selected. The unit is suitable for an ambient temperature of -45℃to 43℃, with a maximum heating water supply temperature of 70℃. When the ambient temperature is -12℃, the maximum COP can reach 2.81. The heating season from 2018 to 2019 lasted for a total of 180 days. The water supply temperature is 45℃, the return water temperature is 35℃, and the room temperature is maintained at 20℃~22℃. The electricity consumption per square meter is about 49kW·h. The minimum air temperature during the heating period reaches -33.9℃. After a heating season of operation, all operating indicators meet the requirements, ensuring the heating of residential buildings with high-quality heating effects. The use of this equipment effectively solves the contradiction between heating, environmental protection, and low energy consumption, and also provides an effective and feasible solution for achieving coal to electricity in cold and severe regions.
